Blunder at District Hospital

Gulmi Hospital has left cotton gauze in ovary of a woman after her operation for child birth. On 24th of Magh 2070 the operation was performed of Radha Khatri at the hospital. The condition of Radha became critical and taken to the Lumbini Medical College, then it was discovered the blunder of district hospital Gulmi.
