Operation (Surgery) in Candle Light

Operation (surgery) was continued in the Hospital, all of a sudden power went off. Then Doctor tried to find candle for the light. After few minutes the light is seen in side the locked room, in the same light, the operation is performed.
This is the seen existing in Gorkha Hospital. Every day there is load shedding and during the load shedding there will be candle lights. 
Usually light goes off during the operation  and the problems repeated daily. As per the Doctor, he is bound to do the operation even during the load shedding due to emergency of the patients as no alternative arrangement for lighting. Generator and Inverter are obsolete and out of order and the administration has done nothing for the repair and maintenance.
