Charge of electricity theft to Queen Mother

The then queen mother Ratha Shan has been charged with electricity theft in her residence Mahendra Manjil. The ownership of Narayanhiti palace has been shifted to Nepal government while the Mahendra Manjil  is given to Ratna for her residence. Government has asked Ratna to Land Revenue Office to register the ownership but for want of citizenship she could not transfer the ownership in her name. She has not been able to connect electricity, water in her name due to citizenship.
